  • Before QC (Quality Check): Free cancellations before inspection.
  • Post-QC Cancellation: Possible but depends on stock availability.

Non-Cancellable Conditions

  • Customized Items: Non-cancelable (specific straps, dials, or limited editions).
  • Specially Reserved Models: Cannot be canceled once reserved.
  • Shipped Orders: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation Process

  1. Submit Cancellation Request via online chat.
  2. Customer support reviews order status.
  3. Cancellation approved and refund initiated.

Refund Timeliness

  • Refunds initiated within 24 hours after approval.
  • Credit Card / PayPal: Processing time depends on payment institution.
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds at the amount paid.
  • Bank Transfers: May incur third-party fees.

Additional Notes

  • Irreversible Cancellations: Once an order is canceled, it cannot be restored. You will need to place a new order if you wish to purchase again.
  • Stock Availability: Some rare models may not be available after cancellation due to real-time inventory management.
  • QC Cancellations: Cancellations after QC might cause delays in your shipping timeline.
