Honestly, this is our preferred contact method. When someone recently asked about the Daytona’s chronograph markers being misaligned, our watchmaker entered the studio and sent back macro photos through a loupe. That degree of visual evidence simply can’t be done by phone.

We’re on Beijing Time Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, coincidentally enough perfect for North American clients. Question emailed in prior to midnight, wake up to a good reply.

Aside from official responses, what’s wonderful is how many of our customers begin with simple questions and end up talking about movement with us. Talking of details, our engineering team just polished the two-tone bezel of the GMT-Master II to perfection. They applied micron-level reflective coating under the ceramic to really enhance the color shift. It’s the sort of detail you may not even notice at first, but when you do, it makes all the difference.
