We strive to offer a flexible and user-friendly experience when it comes to modifying orders. Our Order Modification Policy allows you to make changes to your order within a specific time frame. The following details explain how you can modify your order, the timelines, and the steps involved.
What Can Be Modified & Modification Timeframe
What Can Be Modified?
Shipping Address: You can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the shipment process begins, changes may not be possible.
Contact Information: You can modify your phone number or email address anytime before shipping.
Strap Size: Adjustments to strap size can be made before shipping.
Model/Color/Version: You may change the model, color, or version, but price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Payment Method: You can change the payment method only if the order has not been processed yet.
Modification Timeframe
Before Shipping: Modifications can be made freely at any time before the order is shipped.
During QC Stage: Modifications can still be requested during quality control, but it may cause a 1-2 day delay.
After Shipping: Modifications are not guaranteed once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Modification Process
Contact Customer Service
Contact our customer service team with your modification request. Provide your order number and details of the requested changes.
Review by Customer Service
Our customer service team will confirm the modifiable items, inform you of any potential delays, and clarify any price differences.
Confirmation and Update
Once the modification is confirmed, our system will update the order. You will be notified by customer service once the modification has been applied.
Limitations on Modifications
- Custom or Special Orders: Orders with custom configurations or limited editions cannot be modified.
- Shipping and QC Stages: Changes at this stage might delay your order.
- Address Changes: Once the order is with the logistics provider, address changes are difficult and may incur additional charges.
- Price Differences for Model/Version Changes: Adjustments in price will apply based on current pricing.
